TopCashback is a cashback browser extension whose help centre spells out precisely why a purchase fails to track: an off-network coupon code, another cashback site being the last one you clicked, checking out in a different tab, or an ad blocker left running. It also states that not every TopCashback store is featured in the extension. Its minimum payout, payout methods and dormancy terms are unverified, so we do not state them.
