Its terms put PayPal withdrawals at 1,000 Coins = US$1.00, so the 30,000-Coin minimum is $30 before you see anything, and Coins expire 12 months after they are earned. Its terms also disqualify purchases paid for with gift cards, store credit or loyalty points without leaving that to the retailer, which is stricter than any rival here.
