AdGuard AdBlocker has 16,000,000 Chrome Web Store users at 4.7 stars and 1,682,636 average daily users on Firefox. It moved on Manifest V3’s limits earlier than anyone else: custom filters returned in v5.2.77 on 22 September 2025, and filter lists began updating independently of the extension itself in v5.4 on 7 May 2026. AdGuard also keeps a separate, still-live Manifest V2 listing with about 30,000 users for holdouts, and sells its own Safari and iOS apps — AdGuard Pro is $9.99 once with no in-app purchases, which is the better pay-once buy of the two.
